bach build is a modular construction system, we combine digital design & manufacturing technology with smart materials to make high-performance buildings.
Our modular buildings use a series of standardised components (pre-fabricated building panels), that seamlessly fit together to form a structural & insulated building envelope (chassis). Our construction system is suitable for various building types.
The name is inspired by small beach houses found in New Zealand called a bach, pronounced ‘batch’.

CABINS / TINY HOMES
The Bach construction system is ideal for larger sites/buildings, such as holiday let & glamping cabins, and tiny homes. We can work with you to produce a customised design.

HOME EXTENSIONS
Our system is designed to attach to existing buildings. Particularly suited to sites with poor / restrcted access, or where low impact foundations are required.
